EEC Services

EEC employs professionals with extensive experience in their respective areas of expertise to manage each department. Professional engineers, surveyors, architects, scientists, and designers staff the departments and are supported by administrative, marketing, and human resources groups.

Since 1987, our Environmental Services Group has provided a wide range of services for government entities, military installations, industrial clients, and businesses throughout the southwest. Our technical staff has the appropriate training, certifications, and registrations necessary to work on virtually any type of site or facility.

EEC has broad experience in all phases of flood control and drainage work, comprehensive watershed, master planning, drainage studies, and the detailed design of project-specific components. We specialize in the drainage design of infrastructure improvements, help clients obtain Section 404 permits, and have performed many floodplain studies and delineations, including washes, alluvial fans, and ponding floodplains.

EEC has been providing development consulting for over two decades on projects that include commercial, industrial, medical, education, and institutional uses, as well as both multi-family and single-family residential and master-planned communities. We incorporate creative site design with quality engineering to optimize a project’s potential.

The Survey Department has been an integral part of EEC since 1996. In addition to the Survey Manager, the department is comprised of fully equipped survey crews, a crew manager, and survey technicians. EEC provides ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, design surveys, legal descriptions and exhibits, and services for
locating and setting property pins.

EEC’s Transportation Group provides full-range planning and design services for roadway and air traffic needs. We specialize in the preparation of documents supporting the construction process, from scoping meetings to construction staking and administration. Our Transportation Group prepares documents under federal as well as state and local design regulations. In-house disciplines include land surveying and right-of-way, hydrology, utilities, environmental planning, and roadway engineering design.

EEC’s Water and Wastewater Group has been serving the public and private sector communities in Arizona for more than 35 years. We prepare master plans and system evaluation for utility planning; design plans and specifications for water and sewer mains, wells, lift stations, and booster pumping stations; designs for complex treatment facilities; and designs for water and wastewater treatment plants.
