EEC provided engineering support during the development of the PAD and entitlement phase, and prepared tentative and final plats, paving, drainage, and water distribution construction plans. EEC also provided oversight for a master plan for water supply and storage for this new development in Santa Cruz County. Construction drawings included complete plans for the water plant, reservoir, and the distribution system. This Conservation Subdivision will have 189 residential custom home lots on approximately 1400 acres. The project includes a project core of 35 small lots (26,000 s.f.) which will be served by a sewage force main and a wetlands treatment area. The remainder of the lots range between four and twenty acres in size.
