EEC Congratulates Bill Carroll on CEO of the Year Award!
EEC is pleased to announce that our President and CEO, Bill Carroll, PE, was awarded CEO of the Year – Medium Business at the Inside Tucson Business Executive Excellence Awards on November 14, 2018!
There were three nominees in the CEO – Medium Business category. Bill faced some tough competition, and we are proud of his efforts over the past several years to lead EEC to the place it is today. All of us at EEC wish him Congratulations and cannot think of anyone more deserving of this award!
About Bill Carroll
Bill has been with EEC for over 14 years and currently serves as President and CEO. In this role he leads the Executive Leadership Team and supports the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) by fostering its employee-owner culture. Bill also plays an active role in production through both his client service on projects and through marketing EEC’s professional services.Bill is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer and has been a part of Tucson’s Engineering and Development Community for over 40 years. During that time, he has been involved in numerous residential and commercial projects, as well as master planning and municipal work. Specific expertise includes due diligence studies, entitlements, master infrastructure needs analysis, floodplain analysis and hydraulic design, cost estimating, and preparation of construction documents for residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects as well as master planned communities. He has served on the Metropolitan Pima Alliance as Board Member, Executive Committee Member and Past President, and Public Policy Co-Chair; Member of Pima Association of Governments Regional Transportation Authority Technical Management Committee; Member of the Tucson Broker’s Roundtable; Member of Arizona Association of Economic Development; Member of Southern Regional Council of Arizona Forward and ACEC of Arizona. Bill is also Chair of the Tucson, Pima County, Marana, Oro Valley and Sahuarita Real Estate Advisory Councils.Back To News
