Site Planning and Urban Design

From simple site plans to large master planning projects including commercial, residential, industrial and institutional, EEC incorporates creative site design blended with quality engineering to optimize a project's potential.

Whether it is a plaza, streetscape, or waterway, EEC's objective is to enhance a project and make a lasting impression for the users. Using the unique qualities of a site, we shape the built environment to create a welcoming place that reflects the socio-economic, cultural, historic, and ecological identity of the site.

Service Areas Include:

  • Public Right-of-Way

  • Commercial
