Supporting Infrastructure

EEC is uniquely qualified to provide offsite engineering and design that is typically a requirement of the larger and more complex private improvement projects. We provide excellent roadway improvement capabilities as well as underground infrastructure design. This in-house capability is an asset as agency requirements are being met.

Service Areas Include:

  • Intersection Improvements
  • Sewer Lines
  • Water Improvements
  • Roadway Widening

Project Experience:

Phillips 66 Turn Lanes, Tucson, Arizona

EEC designed and observed the construction of the median turn lanes as a portion of the Phillips 66 Gas and Service Station Development Plan located on the northwest corner of Irvington and Midvale Roads.

Rita 244 Improvement Plans, Tucson, Arizona

EEC designed widening of ¾ mile of Rita Road to provide turn lanes, ½ mile of 12" interceptor sewer and approximately 2 miles of 12" potable waterline as a condition of the approval of the 244 acre plat.

Via Rancho del Lago, Vail, Arizona

EEC provided the design of the Phase III roadway improvements as a requirement of the successful development of the Rancho del Lago master planned community. The project included ¾ mile of 4-lane roadway with median and curb/sidewalks and supporting sewer and waterline designs.

Dove Mountain Water System, Marana, Arizona

EEC prepared plans and designs for the 2 million gallon potable water reservoir and offsite reclaimed and potable 24" diameter water lines.

Foothills Drive, Riverview Estates, Tucson, Arizona

EEC prepared the offsite design of ¾ mile of 8" and 12" waterlines for this development of 101 single family lots. This offsite work also resulted in the repaving and grading of Foothills Drive.
