Project Experience:
D. R. Horton at Rancho del Lago, Vail, Arizona
EEC prepared the tentative plats, final plats, and all improvement plans for this 420 lot subdivision at Rancho del Lago. This 200 acre project was required to provide 50% open space and offers four different lot sizes.
KB Home at Rancho Sahuarita, Sahuarita, Arizona
EEC prepared the tentative plat, final plat, and improvement plans for 155 lots in Rancho Sahuarita.
Shadows at Sabino, Tucson, Arizona
EEC prepared lot layouts, plats and plans for this 103 lot subdivision at the southwest corner of Snyder and Sabino Canyon Road.
Richmond American's Rancho Rio I, II and III, Tucson, Arizona
EEC prepared all plats and phased plans for this 241 lot project.
Diamond Ventures Rita 244, Tucson, Arizona
EEC provided rezoning assistance and preliminary and final plats for this 244 acre business park plat. EEC designed both the offsite and onsite infrastructure and the first 85 acre development plan.
Riverview Estates, Tucson, Arizona
This project of 101 single family lots on the northeast corner of River Road and First Avenue involved extensive negotiations with staff and neighborhoods.
