Glenn Panaro, PE, joins EEC as Principal and Vice-President of Phoenix Office

EEC is pleased to announce that Glenn Panaro, PE, has joined the firm. Mr. Panaro has over 30 years of experience primarily in the areas of water, wastewater, and solid waste. His experience includes the planning, design, and construction of sanitary sewer systems, water pipelines, water and sewer pump stations, and wastewater treatment facilities including solids handling, treatment and disposal. He also has extensive experience in project development and public financing of water and sewer utilities.
