Glenn Shearer, RLA, joins EEC as Director of Urban Development

EEC is pleased to announce that Glenn Shearer, RLA has joined the firm. Glenn has more than 30 years of professional experience in land planning, land development, environmental planning, and landscape architecture in both the public and private sectors. His experience is emphasized in three major areas: urban design for industrial, commercial, and high-density housing projects; master planning and design for large communities; and parks and recreational planning, landscape and streetscape design for roadways and highways.
