Promotion of David Hook

EEC is pleased to inform our clients and colleagues of an exciting transition happening between our Tucson and Flagstaff locations.

David Hook, PE, has been promoted to Vice President and Branch Manager of our Flagstaff office. After completing some key projects, David will be relocating to Flagstaff to assume managerial and principal civil engineering responsibilities. David has over 25 years of experience providing engineering and management on a variety of projects for both public and private clients. This includes serving as a department head/public works manager for four communities in Indiana and Arizona.
