Scott Dalrymple, PE Joins EEC as a Senior Project Manager in the Sierra Vista Office

EEC is pleased to announce that Scott Dalrymple, PE has joined EEC's Sierra Vista office as a Senior Project Manager. He will be responsible for managing the office and serving both public and private clients within Cochise County and the surrounding communities.

Scott has over 20 years of civil engineering and project management experience. Before joining EEC, he served as the County Engineer and Floodplain Manager for seven years at Cochise County. In this capacity, Scott was responsible for the roadway maintenance program, management of high-risk flood zones, and administration of highway planning, design and construction. He oversaw reviews of subdivision developments and commercial facilities including hydrology and hydraulic studies, drainage studies and plans, road layout and design, and compliance with regulations. Scott was responsible for approval of all floodplain use permits (both commercial and residential), and County-wide implementation of floodplain regulations. In addition, he has experience with roadway safety, maintenance and construction compliance as well as compliance with State and Federal environmental regulations.

Scott is a Registered Civil Engineer and a U.S. Certified Floodplain Manager. He received his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona in 1986 and his Masters of Science in Management Systems (Finance) from the Naval Postgraduate School in 1995.
