Project Experience:

Ashley Manor, Chandler, Arizona

EEC provided landscape design services for this 7-acre special event complex. The design for the complex met the owners' desire for a lush character while utilizing low water use plants as required by the City.

Mobil and Circle K Convenience Stores, Statewide, Arizona

EEC prepared landscape plans meeting various municipality standards, for over 20 facilities throughout the state.

I-10 Landscaping, Elliott Road to Ray Road, Phoenix, Arizona

EEC provided landscape design on two miles of the existing I-10 mainline and the Elliott Road, Warner Road, and Ray Road arterial crossings. Agency involvement included ADOT; the cities of Phoenix, Tempe, and Chandler; utility companies; and the Freeway Management System.

La Canada/Lambert Apartments and Retail Center, Tucson, Arizona

EEC prepared landscape and plaza concept plans for this combination apartment and retail complex in the Town of Oro Valley, which included a park for resident site.

Bell Road, 64th Street to Scottsdale Road, Phoenix, Arizona

EEC provided landscape design services for this one-mile roadway improvement project which transitioned the landscape design from the City of Phoenix to the City of Scottsdale.

Dobbins Road, 7th Street to 14th Street, Phoenix, Arizona

EEC provided landscape design for 1.5 miles of roadway improvements. The landscape was designed to meet the desires of the Thunderbirds who redeveloped the adjoining Thunderbird Golf Course.

Landscape Improvement Plan, Fort Huachuca, Arizona

EEC designed landscape construction plans for three facilities at Fort Huachuca, and active U.S. Army installation in southern Arizona. Improvements were geared towards the ultimate goal of helping to reduce the Fort's water consumption by converting to xeriscaping. Facilities included the Re-Enlistment Office, Chapel Annex, and the courtyard at Alvardo, Sissler, and Walker Halls.
