Project Experience:

Trend West Resort, Oro Valley, Arizona

EEC developed a 16.7 acre luxury apartment site in Rancho Vistoso. The project involved 18 buildings and a recreation center.

Lake View Apartments, Chandler, Arizona

EEC provided civil site engineering for this 17-acre apartment complex. This included grading, drainage, water, sewer, and paving plans for Alma School Road.

La Parilla Suiza Restaurant, Marana, Arizona

This small local restaurant required a development plan with improvement plans and is located on the north side of Ina Road in Marana.

Friendship Villas Mixed Use Development, Tucson, Arizona

This development plan on 14.5 acres at the northwest corner of La Cholla and Orange Grove involved FEMA, residential and commercial uses, and coordination with the existing Walgreens.

Scottsdale Abrivado, Scottsdale, Arizona

EEC prepared grading, drainage, paving, water and sewer plans for a 30-unit townhouse project.

City of Phoenix Police Substation, Ahwatukee, Arizona

EEC provided drainage and grading for a new police substation in Ahwatukee.

Slim-Fast Foods (former) Commercial Development, Tucson, Arizona

EEC prepared a development plan for a large manufacturing facility located on 85 acres, south of Rita Ranch and east of the U of A Technology Center. The work involved a WASH Ordinance wash, offsite sewer and water extensions, and all on-site improvement plans. The facility was formerly used by Slim-Fast Foods.

EEC prepared a development plan for a small chain restaurant located in Nogales, Arizona. Work included detailed paving and grading plans.

Ashley Manor, Chandler, Arizona

EEC provided drainage and grading for this 7-acre site near Price and Willis Roads in Chandler.
