Construction Staking

EEC has completed a wide variety of construction surveying. We provide construction layout for mass grading, rough cut, sewer, water, dry utilities, curb and retaining walls. We also provide bluetopping of both subgrade and AB along with the staking of new survey monuments. After the project is complete, as-builts are prepared to assist in release of assurances.

Project Experience:

Shadows at Sabino Canyon Estates, Tucson, Arizona

EEC provided construction staking for this 103 lot subdivision in the Catalina Mountain Foothills. In addition to rough cut, bluetopping pads, water, dry utilities, curb, and setting monuments, there were a number of retaining walls. The site had 20 custom lots where EEC conducted detailed topographic surveys and provided staking for custom grading.

Eagle Crest Ranch, Pinal County, Arizona

EEC provided construction staking for Phase I of this 244 lot subdivision in Pinal County. It involved rough cut, sewer, water, dry utilities, a water booster site, curb and retention walls.

Friendship Village, Tucson, Arizona

EEC provided construction staking and layout for a proposed development comprised of a commercial area and housing for the elderly. The project included mass grading, rough cut, utilities, and building layouts.

Santa Cruz Levee, Marana, Arizona

EEC provided construction staking for a 7-mile stretch of bank protection for the Santa Cruz River near Marana, Arizona. The project lasted for over 1 ½ years, and during this time, EEC was on-call with a crew for 80% of the time.

Slim-Fast (former) Commercial Development, Tucson, Arizona

EEC provided construction staking for this facility which included a 37,000 square foot building and 250 columns. Infrastructure included access roads, parking, retention/detention basins, onsite/offsite sewer, and offsite paving.

Wireless Communication Sites, Statewide, Arizona

EEC provided construction staking and layout for towers and associated infrastructure for various wireless communication sites throughout Arizona.
