ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys

EEC has completed numerous ALTA/ACSM surveys in Arizona. These surveys range from 20' by 20' parcels for wireless communications, to a 6,000 acre parcel for proposed residential and commercial development. Our survey team uses a variety of GIS and public record websites to research descriptions and easements affecting subject properties. When necessary, title companies are contracted to provide additional legal information. These steps ensure our clients that their bona fide right of ownership is well protected and represented. Final drawings and documents are prepared digitally according to the latest ALTA/ACSM standards for accuracy with attention to special requests by the client.

Project Experience:

Slim-Fast Foods (former) Commercial Facility, Tucson, Arizona

EEC provided rectified aerial photos and topographic mapping for 244 acres in southeast Tucson for the commercial development of the former Slim-Fast distribution facility. EEC completed construction staking for the facility portion of the project and also performed an ALTA survey of the entire facility after completion.

ALTA Survey at La Canada and Tangerine Road, Tucson, Arizona

EEC provided an ALTA survey of an undeveloped parcel southwest of the intersection of La Canada and Tangerine Road for a Meritage Homes residential development.

Jones Photo Site ALTA Survey, Tucson, Arizona

EEC provided an ALTA survey of an existing commercial property for transfer of ownership or other real estate loan collateral purposes.

Bonita Nursery, Willcox, Arizona

EEC provided an ALTA survey for this 980 acre commercial nursery. The site contained five large greenhouses, each having its own extensive network of utilities, drainage, and access. Over 4,000 data points were field collected by GPS to produce the highly detailed final drawings. The complex final documents also addressed dozens of easements, boundary overlaps and encroachments, and mineral rights.

Rancho Sahuarita, Sahuarita, Arizona

EEC produced this 6,000 acre ALTA south of Tucson. This boundary included fifteen different sections requiring a meticulous field search for all existing government section and quarter corners, followed by precision field traversing. Hundreds of easements, legal descriptions, and documents were amassed to produce this highly precise, detailed ALTA. The ALTA has since been used by EEC and by other design firms as the base map for all recent development in the area.
